About the role

Morgan Properties is now hiring Pipeline Leasing Professionals to support multiple communities in the area, with a home base at the Stonegate Apartments Leasing Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the apartment rental process, from attracting and qualifying prospective residents to completing lease documentation and move-in procedures
• Build rapport with prospective and current residents through professional, responsive communication
• Support multiple communities while delivering a consistent, high-quality resident experience
• Partner with community teams to achieve occupancy goals and maintain strong resident relationships
• Balance a sales-focused approach with a commitment to service, integrity, and attention to detail

Requirements

• Prior customer service experience required; leasing or sales experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required for travel between communities
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong sales focus with the ability to provide exceptional customer service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends

Pay

• Base Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
• 20% Rent Discount

Schedule

• Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Sometimes requires weekend hours
