About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Part-time Leasing Professional to join our team and provide an exceptional leasing experience to current and prospective residents at our #of units unit community.

Responsibilities

• Prior customer service experience required; leasing or sales experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required for travel to multiple properties.
• One to three months of related experience/training.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents and office staff.
• Strong sales focus with an ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Benefits

• Property Shared Staff Renewal Commissions: $300 every quarter.

Pay

Excellent Base Pay: $17 - $19/hr

Schedule

Monday - Friday part time, 20-24 hours a week. Some weekend hours (during peak collection time). *Schedule subject to change based on business needs.
