Key Responsibilities
- Lease apartment homes and guide prospects through the leasing process
- Conduct community tours and ensure model homes and vacant units are tour-ready
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, and guests
- Maintain accurate leasing records, resident files, and follow-up communications
- Assist with resident retention, outreach marketing, and community events
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, company policies, and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of apartment leasing experience required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong communication, sales, customer service, and organizational skills
- Comfortable touring apartments, including walking stairs and standing for periods of time
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and social media
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
- Weekend availability required, including Saturdays
