Leasing Professional

The Saddle Brook Apartments is seeking a full-time Leasing Professional to join our team. With nearly 40 years in the industry and over 35 communities across Wisconsin and Illinois, we offer significant career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the leasing process from initiation to completion, understanding and addressing the needs of potential residents to finalize lease agreements.
• Showcase pricing, floor plans, amenities, and community offerings while conducting tours for prospective residents.
• Follow up promptly on phone and internet inquiries from existing and potential residents.
• Contribute to digital marketing outreach and assist in planning resident events and activities.
• Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records using online tools and systems.
• Adhere to fair housing laws, OSHA/safety regulations, and company policies (training provided).

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in leasing, sales, teaching, or hospitality preferred but not required.
• Commitment to providing top-notch customer service in a timely manner.
