About the role

As a Leasing Professional, you’ll manage all aspects of apartment rentals, from attracting and assessing potential residents to completing lease documentation and move-in procedures. Through your passion for customer service and commitment to building meaningful relationships, you’ll help create a welcoming community where residents feel valued, respected, and proud to call home.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of apartment rentals
• Attract and assess potential residents
• Complete lease documentation and move-in procedures
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and office staff
• Provide exceptional customer service

Requirements

• Prior customer service experience required
• Leasing or sales experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required for travel to multiple properties
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong sales focus with ability to provide exceptional customer service

Pay

Excellent Base Pay: $20.00 – $22.00/hour
