Essential Functions
- Conduct creative B2B marketing in the local community to promote awareness.
- Greet and tour prospective residents to secure leases using proven closing techniques.
- Effectively market the community and communicate with residents using social media.
- Regularly survey and report on local market conditions to ensure competitive advantage.
- Track and manage leads and perform aggressive follow up with prospective residents.
- Participate in physical inspections and property awareness efforts to ensure quality assurance.
- Maintain monthly sales goals.
Position Requirements
- Superior customer service and polished communication skills.
- Must be highly self-motivated and have a sense of urgency.
- Prior sales experience and proven academic success is preferred.
- A 4-year degree in business, marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Background screenings required.
- Work schedule: 8:00 am-5:00 pm, 5 days a week, days TBD during hiring. Available to work Saturdays.
Compensation/Benefits Package
- Base + Commissions totaling $50,000 - $60,000 annually!
