What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll help prospective residents find their next home while supporting move-ins, lease documentation, and resident satisfaction. Your day-to-day interactions with prospects and residents will play a key role in creating a welcoming community at our 221-unit property. Through professional communication, reliable follow-through, and exceptional customer service, you’ll help build trust, provide a positive living experience, and support the success of our community.

Compensation And Incentives

• Excellent Base Pay: $21.00 - $23.00/hour
• 20% Rent Discount Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions (paid monthly)
• $300 Morgan Essentials (paid quarterly)

Schedule

Monday - Friday: 9:00AM - 5:00PM
Saturday: 10:00AM- 4:00PM
Schedule subject to change based on business needs

What We’ll Expect From You

• Prior customer service experience required; leasing or sales experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required for travel to multiple properties.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents and office staff.
• Strong sales focus with an ability to provide exceptional customer service.
