Leasing Professional
What You’ll Be Doing
You'll manage all aspects of the leasing process, from attracting and qualifying prospective residents to completing lease documentation and coordinating move-ins. Your ability to work collaboratively, treat residents and team members with care, and contribute to a welcoming community will play an important role in our success.
Compensation And Incentives
- Excellent Base Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/hour
- 20% Rent Discount Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions (paid monthly)
- $300 Morgan Essentials (paid quarterly)

Hours & Schedule
- Monday - Friday: 9:00AM - 6:00PM
- Rotating Saturdays: 9:00AM - 5:00PM
What We’ll Expect From You
- Prior customer service experience required; leasing or sales experience is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required for travel to multiple properties.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents and office staff.
- Strong sales focus with an ability to provide exceptional customer service.
