Windsor Lakes is a beautiful 762-unit community located in Woodridge, IL. Whether you're welcoming a first-time visitor, guiding an apartment tour, or helping a current resident, you'll play an important role in creating a community where people feel valued.
Responsibilities
- Tour prospective residents and showcase apartment homes and community amenities.
- Convert leads into leases through exceptional customer service and follow-up.
- Manage applications, lease paperwork, move-ins, and renewals.
- Respond promptly to phone, email, and online inquiries.
- Build relationships with current residents to encourage renewals and resident satisfaction.
- Partner with your onsite team to achieve occupancy and leasing goals.
Requirements
- Multifamily leasing experience preferred.
- Sales, retail, or hospitality experience strongly considered.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organization, follow-up, and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license.
