What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage all aspects of apartment rentals
- Arrange and assess potential residents
- Complete lease documentation and move-in procedures
Compensation And Incentives
- Excellent Base Pay: $20.00 - $22.00/hour
- 20% Rent Discount Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions (paid monthly)
- $300 Morgan Essentials (paid quarterly)

What We’ll Expect From You
- Prior customer service experience required
- Leverage prior leasing or sales experience if available
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required for travel to multiple properties
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents and office staff
- Strong sales focus with an ability to provide exceptional customer service
