About the role
Greystar is a leading real estate platform offering property management, investment management, development, and construction services in institutional-quality rental housing. This position is located in the Garden stage of a property with 336 units in Sarasota, Florida.
Responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, show apartments, process applications, conduct credit screenings, and perform criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease and move-in packages, ensure smooth move-ins, and address any outstanding items with the maintenance team.
- Inspect apartments before move-in, follow market trends, develop and implement marketing plans, and execute resident referral and employer outreach programs.
- Use on-site property management software to track availability, record activities, manage data, and maintain show units.
- Communicate with the maintenance team, merchandise show units, and prepare the leasing office for daily activities.
- Follow up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction, send thank-you notes, and make calls or visits to finalize lease agreements.
- Execute lease renewal program by preparing letters and packages, meeting with renewing residents, and ensuring timely implementation of lease renewal documents.
- Respond promptly and courteously to resident and client inquiries, and take prompt action to solve problems or document requests.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance.
- Rare or regular travel may be required to assist other properties.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
- All licenses and certifications required by State and Local jurisdictions.
Skills

Pay
The hourly range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00.
Schedule
Monday-Friday + rotating weekends.
