Leasing Professional

We are seeking a seasonal part-time Leasing Professional for an apartment community in Bend, OR. This position is open from March 2026 to October 1, 2026. Horizon Realty Advisors is a fast-growing property management company that owns and operates over 50 apartment communities nationwide, with a vibrant culture and a focus on people over process.

About the Role

The Leasing Professional reports to the Leasing Manager and serves as the primary contact for residents and prospective residents. This role involves all aspects of leasing, resident relations, and property operations, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and complying with Fair Housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet visitors, prospective, and current residents.
• Provide brochures, information, and tours of facilities and available units.
• Consult with prospective residents to identify requirements and budgets, then match needs with available floor plans.
• Conduct phone, online, and in-person sales with prospective and current residents.
• Perform background/credit checks and verify references as directed by the Leasing Manager.
• Prepare lease files for review and approval, and obtain signatures from management and residents.
• Coordinate move-in dates, materials, and processes.
• Manage lead follow-up with residents and prospects following company standards.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the local market.
• Participate in daily property operations, ensuring the property is neat, tidy, and well-maintained.
• Oversee shared facilities such as fitness areas, laundry rooms, and meeting spaces.
• Assist with recordkeeping, filing, bookkeeping, and paperwork.
• Maintain positive resident relations through superior service.
• Assist with turn walks prior to move-ins and other turn-related duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Less than one year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay

Hourly wage: $18+ DOE, plus leasing commissions.
