What You’ll Be Doing
You'll be at the heart of helping people find a place to call home. From guiding prospective residents through the leasing process to coordinating move-ins and completing lease documentation, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for every resident.
Compensation And Incentives
- Excellent Base Pay: $20.00 - $23.00/hour
- 20% Rent Discount Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions (paid monthly)
- $300 Morgan Essentials (paid quarterly)
- Employee Referral Program (Earn up to $750 per referral)

What We’ll Expect From You
- Prior customer service experience required; leasing or sales experience is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required for travel to multiple properties.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents and office staff.
- Strong sales focus with an ability to provide exceptional customer service.
