Responsibilities
- Engage with prospects and residents to build relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Think creatively to solve problems and create an outstanding resident experience
- Drive leasing success and community growth through sales-focused initiatives
Requirements
- Prior customer service experience required; leasing or sales experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required for travel to multiple properties
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents and office staff
- Strong sales focus with an ability to provide exceptional customer service

Pay
Excellent Base Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/hour
Schedule
- Monday - Friday: 9:00AM - 6:00PM
- Saturdays: 9:00AM - 5:00PM
- Off on Sundays and another day during the week
Schedule subject to change based on business needs.
