Leasing Manager - Parc at 720 (Student Living)
About the role
The Leasing Manager at Parc at 720 (Student Living) is responsible for achieving the community's revenue and occupancy goals through effective marketing, sales activities, and leasing processes.
Responsibilities
- Directs marketing, advertising, and sales activities to ensure community goals are met.
- Develops and implements short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
- Uses technology and property management software to generate sales and leasing reports.
- Maintains the physical aspects of the community to meet standards for appearance and safety.
- Generates and monitors traffic, qualifies prospects, prepares lease documentation, and completes move-in procedures.
- Analyzes financial reports and assists in resolving issues impacting leasing performance.
- Sponsors lease renewal functions, manages communication and notification processes, and assists with move-outs.
- Responds to resident and client inquiries and takes prompt action to solve problems.
- Supervises the leasing team by interviewing, hiring, orienting, and training employees, and managing their performance.
Requirements
Successful candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or related field, with a focus on leasing and marketing. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software are essential. Experience with student housing is a plus.

Pay
The hourly rate for this position is $19.00 - $21.00 per hour. Additional compensation includes participation in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance, and weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs for onsite property positions.
Schedule
This is a full-time position located in Edwardsville, Illinois.
