About the role

Manage all aspects of leasing operations including tenant relations, lease administration, and property maintenance coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily leasing activities, including screening and interviewing potential tenants.
• Prepare and execute leases, ensuring compliance with local laws and company policies.
• Handle tenant disputes and complaints, mediating between tenants and management.
• Coordinate property maintenance requests and ensure timely repairs are made.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with landlords and other stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and advise on leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in leasing or property management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
