Leasing Manager
About the role
Greystar is a leading real estate platform managing and operating over $300 billion of real estate in more than 265 markets globally. The Leasing Manager oversees the marketing, advertising, and sales activities of stabilized garden communities.
Responsibilities
- Directs community marketing, advertising, and sales activities, ensuring achievement of revenue and occupancy goals.
- Develops and implements marketing plans to sustain occupancy and implement creative strategies for pricing, concessions, leasing incentives, and advertising.
- Generates and monitors traffic, leases apartments, qualifies prospects, prepares lease documentation, and completes move-in procedures.
- Analyzes financial reports, shop reports, traffic and closing ratios, and other operational reports to identify and resolve issues impacting leasing performance.
- Manages the lease renewal program, sponsors lease renewal functions, manages communication and notification processes, and assists with resident move-outs.
- Responds to resident and client/owner concerns and takes prompt action to solve problems.
- Supervises the leasing team by interviewing, hiring, orienting, and training employees, and manages their performance.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license to drive a golf cart on property.
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas.
- Ability to work inside and outside in all weather conditions.
- Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty-five (25) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance.
- Able to work a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions and a valid driver’s license to drive a golf cart on property.
Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to develop and implement marketing strategies, and proficiency in using property management software.

Pay
The hourly range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00. Additional compensation may include participation in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance, and weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs for onsite property positions.
Schedule
Monday-Friday + rotating on-call schedule.
