About the role

Leasing Managers at AVE are seasoned sales professionals that play a hands-on role in driving results for their community's leasing program. They take full ownership for all activities related to our luxury apartment rentals, including leasing, move-ins, and renewals. Successful Leasing Managers enjoy building relationships with prospects and residents to learn about their needs and exceed their expectations. They have extremely strong follow-up skills and are passionate about selling the AVE lifestyle and closing leases!

Responsibilities

  • Taking full ownership for all activities related to our luxury apartment rentals, including leasing, move-ins, and renewals.
  • Building relationships with prospects and residents to learn about their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Generating new business opportunities through outreach efforts and cultivating relationships with Realtors, insurance agents, local chambers, area corporations, neighborhood businesses, and having a strong presence at both community and professional events.
  • Collaborating with marketing leadership to create leads for your community, plan Resident Events, and serve as Community Manager of the community's social media channels.
  • Maintaining a "yes" approach to customer service, providing that high level of service to all existing, future, and past residents.
  • Maintaining social media skills and the ability to master and use industry tools and programs, such as social selling.
  • Mastering and using a CRM, systems, and other sales tools (experience in Yardi CRM and/or Zendesk Sell is a plus!)

Requirements

  • 3 to 5+ years of proven sales/leasing experience.
  • Hospitality, travel, relocation, corporate housing, or multifamily industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Proven execution of successful sales strategies to close new leases.
  • Networking and outreach experience strongly preferred.
  • Tenacious and skilled at overcoming objections.
  • Strong communication and relationship building and follow-up skills.
  • Willingness to master and use a CRM, systems, and other sales tools (experience in Yardi CRM and/or Zendesk Sell is a plus!)
  • Schedule flexibility in order to prioritize and pivot to business and prospect needs.
  • Reliable source of transportation.
  • Available to work the required full-time schedule of Sunday 10:00am to 5:00pm and Monday through Thursday 9:00am to 6:00pm.

Pay

$60,000-$65,000/year

Schedule

Sunday 10:00am to 5:00pm and Monday through Thursday 9:00am to 6:00pm.
