Leasing Consultant - Marc San Marcos
About the role
MG Properties has been acquiring, developing, and managing apartment communities across the Western U.S. for more than 30 years. Their portfolio spans multiple states, and they promote heavily from within, which means a leasing role here has a real path forward for the right person. The open position is at Marc, a residential community in San Marcos, CA. The role focuses on converting traffic into signed leases, guiding prospects through the leasing process, coordinating with maintenance, maintaining accurate records, handling resident concerns, and supporting rent collection. San Marcos sits in North San Diego County, a market with steady renter demand driven by Cal State San Marcos, a growing life sciences employment base, and limited new supply relative to other parts of the county. Occupancy pressure is real, which means leasing skills here get tested consistently, and strong performers can advance to assistant manager and property manager roles.
