Leasing Consultant

KETTLER is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Lansdowne Gardens, an apartment community in Halethorpe, MD. This role focuses on maximizing property occupancy and delivering exceptional customer service under the direction of the Community Manager.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and provide property tours.
• Perform outreach marketing and create engaging social media initiatives to connect residents.
• Manage social media posts and ensure daily follow-up with all prospects to answer questions and maintain a "high touch" approach.
• Assist with resident retention efforts and support partnerships with nearby businesses, events, and local organizations.
• Walk the marketing path daily and provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects.
• Process lease applications and qualify residents.
• Support the Community Manager with general office maintenance, including answering phones and performing administrative tasks.
• Play a key role in resolving resident concerns and issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service, sales, or office experience, preferably in residential property management.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Customer service, sales, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work on weekends and holidays.
• Computer proficiency and knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with residents and customers.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices for businesses.

Pay

$21.00/hour (DOE).
