Weinstein Properties, headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, owns and manages over 60 apartment communities in Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, and Georgia. Still family‑owned after 70+ years, the company emphasizes a hands‑on approach to operations and a focus on customer experience. This Leasing Consultant position is located in the Cary/Morrisville area, NC at one of the Bexley communities.

Pay

Hourly rates are competitive, starting at $18/hour and increasing based on experience, plus quarterly bonuses.

Schedule

Weekdays 9 AM–6 PM, Saturdays 9 AM–5 PM, Sundays closed (Saturdays are worked in a rotation with the team).

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective residents through the leasing journey as the first impression and voice of the community.
• Build strong relationships with current residents and team members.
• Balance customer service, sales, and administrative tasks.
• Handle administrative duties, address resident concerns, and help maintain property appearance.
• Participate in resident events and assist during weather challenges, which may require working outside standard hours.
