Leasing Consultant
Responsibilities
- Contact prospects and assist them with information about the community
- Set appointments for tours of the property and target apartments/models
- Ensure CRM-Knock is utilized to generate and maximize traffic
- Verify apartment availability and pricing is accurate
- Aid prospects in applying online
- Couple with the Marketing team on all marketing initiatives
- Complete market surveys
- Complete monthly Training
- All duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, some college-level education preferred
- 1+ years of on-site leasing experience
- Bilingual preferred (Spanish)
- Possesses superior customer service attitude
- Computer proficiency, including MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
- One-Site experience preferred
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
