Leasing Consultant
About the role
We’re seeking an energetic and service-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at Oak Ridge Apartments in Aurora.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist prospective residents
- Conduct property tours and showcase available apartments
- Manage inquiries and generate leasing traffic
- Qualify applicants and prepare lease agreements
- Cook up move-ins and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Support lease renewals and resident retention efforts
Requirements
- At least 1 year of residential leasing experience preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish is required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A positive, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software is a plus

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Hours are flexible but typically include weekday mornings and afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
