Leasing Consultant

Mac Properties is a dynamic property management company dedicated to providing top-tier living experiences for residents. They are seeking a Leasing Consultant to join their St. Louis team. The position offers a pay rate of $18/hour plus a competitive commission structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet, tour, and qualify prospective residents.
• Showcase the features and benefits of the property, highlighting its amenities and community atmosphere.
• Aid prospective residents with the application process, including explaining leasing terms and conditions.
• Schedule appointments, follow up on inquiries, and ensure timely completion of paperwork.
• Promote the property through various channels, such as social media, online listings, and community events.
• Contribute to resident retention activities and renewal efforts.
• Provide exceptional service to current and prospective residents, addressing and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activity, resident information, and other pertinent data.
• Ensure all leasing documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate closely with the property management team to achieve leasing goals and contribute to the overall success of the property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong sales aptitude, and a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage) is a plus.

Skills

• Highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and a genuine interest in helping others are essential.

Personal Attributes

• A valid driver’s license and vehicle are required for this role.
