About the role
The Property Management team at Lifestyle Communities (LC) is seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant to enhance the resident and community experience in a values-based manner that aligns with our purpose.
Responsibilities
- Provides potential residents with information about the community and model home choices and the resident living experience.
- Buys sales-focused energy to the leasing environment to effectively close sale of available units, positively impacting revenue generation at the site.
- Takes prospective residents on luxury apartment home tours.
- Aids in new lease applications and related processes and coordinates the renewal lease process for current residents.
- Follows up on resident questions and concerns and supports and assists all customer service efforts at the community.
- Supports the aesthetics of the community by maintaining tour paths, assisting with the upkeep of grounds and site cleanliness.
- Supports GuestHouse guest arrivals, departures, and occasional on-site needs with a hospitality-first mindset.
- Aids in light coordination between leasing, maintenance, and GuestHouse operations as needed.
- Maintains GuestHouse unit presentation standards to ensure units are tour- and guest-ready.
- Communicates professionally with short-term guests while balancing the experience of full-time residents.
- Participates in special projects, events, or operational initiatives tied to GuestHouse and community programming.
Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent is required, bachelor's degree in business or related discipline preferred.
- Proven customer service skills, strong teamwork skills, strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn fair housing regulations required.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays as needed.
- Previous work experience in residential property management, sales, or customer service is preferred.
