Leasing Consultant

About the role

HireOne Staffing is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join a growing and dynamic team in Herndon, VA. This is a full-time temporary position.

Responsibilities

• Assist prospective residents with property tours and leasing inquiries.
• Process rental applications and leasing documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of leases, applications, and resident information.
• Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Support daily leasing office operations and administrative tasks.
• Address resident concerns and provide solutions to leasing-related issues.
• Promote property features and amenities to prospective tenants.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of leasing experience required.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Sales and persuasion skills to support leasing goals.
• Administrative and organizational skills for office tasks.
• Problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional and dependable work habits.

Pay

$20/hour

Schedule

Weekdays, 9:00am to 6:00pm and Saturdays, 10:00am to 5:00pm
