Responsibilities
- Showcase apartment features during tours
- Guide prospects through the leasing process
- Create and execute marketing strategies
- Maximize occupancy and income potential
- Resolve tenant concerns professionally
Requirements
- High School Diploma required, higher education preferred
- 3+ years of administrative experience, property management, customer service or sales experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Passionate about connecting with people and sales
- Proactive problem-solvers with an analytical mindset
- Confident communicators with excellent verbal and written skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and property management software like AppFolio
