We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the description includes "Description" then "About Us", "What’s In It For You?", "What You’ll Do", "Requirements", "What’ll Set You Apart", "Physical Activities and Work Environment". Also there is mention of "Bonus potential 30% rental discount..." etc. That's benefits. Also "competitive pay" but no specific pay amount, so we should not create Pay section because no specific pay. Schedule? Not specific schedule, only mention flexible schedule, Saturdays. Could include Schedule section? The rule: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. For Benefits, we have specific benefits listed: Bonus potential, 30% rental discount, Paid time off and company holidays, 401k plus 4% company match, Wellness plans, flexible spending accounts, dependent care, Participation in professional development programming, including a designated Mentor from day one. So we can create Benefits section with those items as list. Schedule: posting says "Must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed, must be willing to work on Saturdays." That's specific enough? It's not a specific schedule but mentions flexible schedule and Saturdays. Could we create Schedule section with that? The rule says never create Schedule sections unless posting actually states them. It does state flexible schedule and Saturdays, so we could include Schedule section with that info. However we need to avoid filler like "varies". It's not vague; it's specific about flexible schedule and Saturdays. So we can include Schedule. Pay: only says "competitive pay" no specific amount, so we should NOT create Pay section. Now sections: About the role? The description includes "Description ECI Group is currently hiring..." but we should not repeat job title as heading. We could have an "About the role" section summarizing the role? The description includes a paragraph about role. Could put that as prose under maybe "About the role". But we need to decide headings: The instructions say use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use those headings if content exists. We have: - About the role: could include the initial description about overseeing leasing results, being critical member, etc. That's substantive. - Responsibilities: corresponds to "What You’ll Do" list. - Requirements: corresponds to "Requirements" list. - Qualifications? Could be same as Requirements? Might be redundant. We could skip Qualifications if not distinct. - Skills: maybe not separate; we could embed in Requirements. - Benefits: we have. - Schedule: we have. We should not include sections with no content. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all points from the posting. Let's extract content: Description paragraph: "ECI Group is currently hiring an experienced Leasing Consultant to oversee leasing results and strategy. The Leasing Consultant is a critical member of our onsite community team, marketing and leasing apartments to prospective residents while providing fantastic customer service throughout the entire lease process and on an ongoing basis to residents. Our Leasing Consultants make a big impact in many small ways - a friendly smile, a welcoming handshake, taking a genuine interest in our residents and prospective residents. Our Leasing Consultants create a positive and lasting influence on visitors, prospects, and residents, and understand the importance of every interaction. As a Leasing Consultant, you manage your own success by attaining leasing goals, such as occupancy and rent growth, and by building rapport with prospects and residents. We are looking for an enthusiastic person who enjoys being hands-on, helping customers and motivating team members. Does this sound like you? Join us!" That's the role overview. About Us: "ECI Group has been building communities and enriching lives for over 50 years by developing, building, investing in, and operating multifamily housing throughout the Southeast. While ECI is proud of its history, we are even more excited about our future. We are privately owned and fully integrated – developing, constructing, and managing our properties. ECI Group owns and operates approximately 7,000 + units, with more communities in active development. At ECI, we are guided by our core values, the heart of which is working as One Team, Better Together." That's about the company; could be part of About the role? Might be separate but we don't have a heading for About Us. Could incorporate into About the role or maybe a separate "About the company" but not in list. Probably we can include that info in About the role section as it's substantive. What’s In It For You? benefits list. What You’ll Do: list of duties. Requirements: list. What’ll Set You Apart: list. Physical Activities and Work Environment: list. Also note: "ECI Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." boilerplate to remove. Also "Must have access to reliable transportation." etc. We need to remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Now produce HTML. We'll structure:

Schedule

Must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed, must be willing to work on Saturdays.

We need to ensure we didn't duplicate the schedule item also in Requirements (we already have flexible schedule in Requirements). Might be duplicate but it's okay to have both? The rule: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. If we include schedule both in Requirements and Schedule section, that's duplication but we are preserving detail. However we might want to avoid duplication but it's not prohibited. However we could move schedule info to Schedule section and remove from Requirements to avoid duplication. But the requirement list includes "Must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed, must be willing to work on Saturdays." That's a requirement. If we move it to Schedule section, we still preserve it. But we need to keep all substantive info; we can keep it in either place. To avoid duplication, we could keep it only in Schedule section and remove from Requirements. However the requirement list also includes many other items; removing that line might be okay as we still have the info elsewhere. The rule: preserve ALL substantive information; does not forbid removing duplication as long as info remains somewhere. So we can move schedule to Schedule section and delete from Requirements. Let's adjust Requirements list to exclude that line. Now Requirements list: - High school diploma or GED along with a valid driver’s license. - Bachelor’s degree is preferred. - A minimum of 1 year of related leasing experience. - Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to influence and motivate clients and colleagues. - Knowledge and experience with Compliance to Fair Housing and ADA regulations. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). - Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner. - Maintain regular and predictable attendance in accordance with company policy to meet business and operational needs. - Must have access to reliable transportation. - Must be able to tour the community with clients, which includes walking the property and climbing stairs. Now Schedule section:

Must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed, must be willing to work on Saturdays.

Now About the role section: combine description and About Us. Let's craft a concise paragraph preserving all details. Description paragraph: "ECI Group is currently hiring an experienced Leasing Consultant to oversee leasing results and strategy.
