About the role

Bozzuto, a company dedicated to creating exceptional experiences, seeks a dynamic Sales & Marketing Associate (Leasing Consultant) to join its team. The ideal candidate will convert leads into community tours, conduct informative tours, build brand loyalty, and generate interest through social media.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into community tours by following up with all prospects and providing helpful and compelling information about the community and neighborhood
• Conduct informative and personalized tours of the apartment community that result in new leases
• Build brand loyalty by ensuring the resident experience is consistently stellar
• Generate awareness, interest, and excitement via social media
• Work weekends when prospective residents are out looking for their new home—three weekends per month with two days off during the week

Requirements

• A customer-focused mentality
• Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
• Proficient in leveraging social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, and a passion to create and deliver engaging and distinctive content
• A sharp professional appearance
• Sales aptitude
• Competent with various software, apps, and computer programs
• (Where applicable) A real estate license or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire
