About the role
As a Beacon Management Leasing Consultant, you will be part of a team that owns and operates a portfolio of 61 residential housing communities across the United States, including Michigan, New York, and Virginia. The core mission is to provide exceptional customer service and deliver joy and contentment to residents.
Responsibilities
- Greet prospective residents and show apartments.
- Oversee and process applications and lease renewals.
- Conduct marketing surveys and weekly reports.
- Affiliate with the preparation of newsletters, market surveys, and resident activities.
- Attend all assigned resident activities.
- Handle sales, outreach, prospecting, and lead generation.
- Process renewal letters.
- Maintain a monthly renewal log and ensure proper billing of all accounts.
- Organize and maintain resident files according to company procedures.
- Monitor service requests and ensure callbacks are completed.
- Perform floating duties as assigned.
- Prepare incident reports and follow up as directed by the Property.
Requirements
- 2 years’ experience in leasing, sales, and customer service preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Residential property management experience is a significant plus.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with residents and community staff.
- Full-time hours on Monday through Friday, with some mandatory weekend work as required.
