Leasing Agent - Self-Storage Facility

About the Role

We're seeking a friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic Full-Time Self-Storage Leasing Agent to join our team at Snohomish Self-Storage in Snohomish, WA. As a Leasing Agent, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, helping customers find the perfect space for their belongings, and ensuring a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and emails for the property
• Maintain cleanliness of storage units and tour paths
• Track occupancy, available inventory, and units ready for tours
• Run leasing applications and prepare leasing agreements
• Review leasing agreements with new customers and ensure complete and accurate lease files

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written, oral, or diagram instructions
• Previous clerical/administrative experience
• Proficiency with office computers and software
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain good working relations with team members and contract laborers

Hourly Rate: $23.00/hour to $24.00/hour
