Leasing Agent
About the role
Full-time Commercial and Residential Management Group is looking for a Leasing Agent for the 296-unit apartment community of Pioneer Ridge in Oregon City, OR.
Responsibilities
- Answering the phone, greeting, and assisting residents
- Touring prospects
- Maintaining curb appeal
- Maintaining accurate records and preparing leases and other documents
- Marketing units
Requirements
- One (1) year of previous customer service experience
- One (1) year of previous property management, sales, or leasing agent experience (plus)
- Basic knowledge of MS365 including TEAMS, Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, motivation, and high energy
- Awareness and ability to adhere to all landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing, and safety protocols
- Possess current and valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and clean driving record in order to run work-related errands when needed

Pay
$19-$21/hr
Schedule
FT, Monday-Friday, 9 AM-6PM
Additional Compensation
- A monthly $25.00 cell phone stipend
