Leasing Advisor

Requirements

• Leasing, sales, or customer service experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in structured CRM workflows
• Able to manage high task volume and prioritize effectively
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Calm, professional, and solution-focused under pressure
• Experience with Elise CRM and AppFolio preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Possess strong knowledge of pricing and availability, property features and locations, leasing policies, application requirements and approval process
• Maintain and respond to prospect communications via various channels
• Manage daily tour schedules and resolve scheduling conflicts
• Support resident satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and follow-up
• Handle new move-in follow-ups, work order satisfaction calls, renewal reminders, delinquency calls, resident satisfaction surveys, and delivery of resident notices and 5-day letters
• Upload and maintain unit and property media in AppFolio, ensuring accuracy and updating as needed
• Communicate with prospects to support leasing conversations and coordinate with onsite teams when updated media is needed
• Complete and submit Daily and Weekly Leasing Reports, maintaining ongoing communication with onsite leasing teams
• Manage all leasing activity for assigned units from inquiry to move-in, including conducting virtual and/or in-person tours, following up with prospects, and preparing units for showings and move-ins
• Support occupancy goals and leasing performance targets
