Requirements
- Leasing, sales, or customer service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in structured CRM workflows
- Able to manage high task volume and prioritize effectively
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Calm, professional, and solution-focused under pressure
- Experience with Elise CRM and AppFolio preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Possess strong knowledge of pricing and availability, property features and locations, leasing policies, application requirements and approval process
- Maintain and respond to prospect communications via various channels
- Manage daily tour schedules and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Support resident satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and follow-up
- Handle new move-in follow-ups, work order satisfaction calls, renewal reminders, delinquency calls, resident satisfaction surveys, and delivery of resident notices and 5-day letters
- Upload and maintain unit and property media in AppFolio, ensuring accuracy and updating as needed
- Communicate with prospects to support leasing conversations and coordinate with onsite teams when updated media is needed
- Complete and submit Daily and Weekly Leasing Reports, maintaining ongoing communication with onsite leasing teams
- Manage all leasing activity for assigned units from inquiry to move-in, including conducting virtual and/or in-person tours, following up with prospects, and preparing units for showings and move-ins
- Support occupancy goals and leasing performance targets
