Lease Admin Analyst

Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Lease Admin Analyst with our commercial real estate client Remote. This is a 4-month contract with a potential for extension. Pay: $20.00 - $26.03/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship. Schedule: 8-5 EST | Remote Description: As a Lease Administation Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting reconciliations for small to medium-sized clients to ensure operating expenses follow lease terms. Resource's typical working day:Handle all of the clients lease administrationHandle amendments, finances, invoices, rent payment, process in workflow system SalesforceReceiving invoices, notices, questions about square footage, addresses, dates.
