Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Workday Learn including course assignments, curricula, learning pathways, learner transcripts, and system configurations
- Ensure learning content, programs, and learning activities are accurately deployed, maintained, and updated within learning systems
- Maintain accurate learning records and support data quality efforts to ensure the integrity of learning information and reporting
- Generate, analyze, and distribute learning reports and dashboards that support compliance, operational needs, and business decision making
- Identify opportunities to improve learning processes, learner support, system utilization, and operational efficiency through reporting and feedback
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Workday Learning administration, including learning assignments, learner transcripts, reporting, and learning operations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, quality, and data integrity
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to support learners and stakeholders across the organization
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn and navigate new technologies and systems quickly
