About the role
Working in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, you will be part of the Americas HR Team and support the planning and execution of development programs across the Americas. You will partner closely with the Commercial, Supply Chain, and Leadership Development teams to bring a best-in-class learning and education experience to life.
Responsibilities
- Manage the First Choice Learning training facility, ensuring that training rooms, technology, and supplies are fit to support development program needs.
- Partner closely with the People Development team to develop an annual training calendar aligned to training room availability.
- Cook up training and meeting logistics including scheduling, meeting room reservations, catering, hotel and A/V requirements.
- Support new hire travel and badging needs in advance of their first day of employment.
- Coordinate distributor training programs.
- Create and manage purchase orders to support training program needs.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes by modifying or creating procedural documentation.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), process maps, FAQs, and job aids, related to the support of training program execution.
- Build and maintain strong and effective relationships by collaborating with the People Development team members to foster trust, commitment, accountability and results.
- Ensure delivery of excellent customer service aligned with quality services / agreed-upon KPIs.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of administrative experience with at least 1 year in HR.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with SuccessFactors LMS or similar systems.

Pay and Benefits
- Total Rewards Offerings: $51,000.00 - $67,000.00 (posting salary range) + 5% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
