Learning Coordinator

About the role

Provides logistical, administrative, and reporting support for Learning programs through the appropriate use of software and other tools. Exhibits initiative and knowledge to ensure learning projects and programs carry on in the usual manner.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates project details for learning programs, including logistics and facilitation scheduling.
• Initiates independent problem solving and follow-up with learners and leadership as needed.
• Works as part of a team and ensures others are aware of work accomplished and/or outstanding tasks to maintain accountability for project tasks completion.
• Maintains and orders supplies, processes vendor invoices.
• Maintains learning calendar for facilitators, rooms, and equipment, making independent judgments regarding priorities and rescheduling.
• Arranges for travel and organizes meetings as needed.
• Creates and coordinates learning surveys in support of learning programs. Downloads and manipulates results into meaningful data.
• Collects, compiles, and prepares data for analysis and develops systems to facilitate tracking of data. Reviews reports and data to determine and ensure accuracy.
• Supports the team by responding to the escalation of phone calls, emails, and/or case management related to programs.
• Supports experiential learning programs and courses onsite at regional training locations throughout Michigan.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, Healthcare, or related field.
• 2 years of relevant experience in HR, project management, administrative work projects, or event coordination.
• 2 years of relevant experience in customer service work.
