About the role

The Learning Systems & Content Specialist serves as the primary owner and administrator of Inmar's Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring the platform delivers an engaging, organized, and impactful learning experience for associates.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrator and day-to-day owner of Inmar's Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Manage incoming requests for new learning content, course updates, and learning initiatives.
  • Configure and maintain courses, learning paths, curricula, certifications, enrollments, learner groups, and reporting.
  • Manage LMS permissions, catalogs, metadata, and system settings to ensure an intuitive learner experience.
  • Maintain content version control and ensure learning materials meet quality, accessibility, and branding standards.
  • Support the creation or enhancement of digital learning materials, job aids, and learning resources as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise learning, Learning Management Systems (LMS), learning technologies, or talent development.
  • Experience implementing, optimizing, or administering a Learning Management System (LMS), including learning content management, learning paths, and course organization.
  • Experience managing digital learning content, maintaining course catalogs, and organizing learning resources within an LMS.
  • Experience supporting learning content curation, curriculum management, and learning path development.
  • Experience partnering with business leaders, HR teams, and subject matter experts to deliver learning solutions.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience creating learning analytics, dashboards, and reporting is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, or similar eLearning authoring tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies, such as ADDIE or SAM, is a plus.
