Job Responsibilities

  • Provides training or facilitation services to a designated audience with a designated topic, monitoring training effectiveness for end users.
  • Participates in planning, creation, design and development of programs and materials.
  • Collaborates with others and serves as a resource for adult learning models related to facilitation and basic instructional design.
  • Trouble shoots problems as they arise. Supports team members in problem identification and resolution.
  • Provides end-user support and meets service level agreements. Facilitates routine offerings, develops low complexity instructor led courses, and serves as consultant for basic level and audience offerings.
  • Serves as consultant for P2 and P3 colleagues for stretch assignments and development.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • No work experience required.
