We're looking for a collaborative Learning & Development Specialist to join our L&D team, working from our Austin office on a hybrid basis. As a member of Sourceability's L&D team, you'll help shape a growing learning function by bringing structure, creativity, and a learner-focused approach to how employees understand and use our internal tools and systems. Your primary partner will be the Business Technology Group, where you'll work closely with leaders and subject-matter experts to transform complex knowledge into practical learning solutions that help people feel confident, capable, and ready for what's next. While your primary focus will be with the Business Technology Group, you will also contribute to onboarding, employee development, and broader company learning initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support learning activities associated with digital adoption platforms, system releases, process changes, and other established business priorities.
  • Contribute to new-hire onboarding, employee development programs, and other company-wide learning initiatives.
  • Review and update learning materials to ensure content remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with current systems and processes.
  • Publish and maintain assigned courses and resources within the Learning Management System.
  • Coordinate training schedules, enrollment, communications, completion records, and related learning logistics.
  • Gather learner feedback and assessment results to evaluate training effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Track participation, completion, and learning outcomes and assist with reporting results to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about learning technologies, instructional-design practices, and relevant business and technology developments.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in learning and development, training, education, or a related field.
  • Experience developing and delivering learning for systems, tools, processes, or other technical subject matter.
  • Understanding of adult-learning and instructional-design principles.
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear, practical, and engaging learning experiences.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills in virtual and in-person environments.
  • Experience developing e-learning, job aids, documentation, and other learning materials.
  • Strong communication, organization, and project-coordination skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with subject-matter experts and stakeholders across departments.
  • Comfort working with changing systems, priorities, and technical information.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% to deliver in-person training on an as-needed basis.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with end-to-end business processes such as order-to-cash and procure-to-pay.
  • Experience with digital adoption platforms, for example, Whatfix, or other tools used to create in-application guidance and performance support.
