About the role

Execute all Learning initiatives for Operations and Live. Manage execution of the Learning strategy, support the business through safety certifications and training, and provide guidance and support to the Learning Specialists to ensure goals are met or exceeded.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage the effective delivery of the curriculum, manage schedules, and ensure smooth delivery of current training within a defined budget.
  • Provide direction and support in the execution of Learning deliverables.
  • Encourage and promote training to increase competency and commitment.
  • Ensure all program materials and content are kept updated, enhanced, and relevant.
  • Provide relevant metrics for all Learning initiatives.
  • Collaborate on enhancing the Learning brand and offerings, and provide feedback regarding participants' reactions and satisfaction.
  • Ensure all safety protocols and standards are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5–7 years’ relevant work experience.
  • Experienced facilitator and instructional designer.
