Responsibilities
- Manage and facilitate onboarding programs for new employees
- Collaborate with management to identify and address performance gaps
- Coach managers on consistent training and development
- Create and manage a Learning Needs Analysis and Training Plan
- Facilitate management development programs like GROW
- Market and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives
Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role
- Experience in adult education or similar environment
- Hotel operations experience, preferably in luxury hospitality
- Experience managing within diverse cultures

- $114,500 – $118,000 annually
