Responsibilities

  • Manage and facilitate onboarding programs for new employees
  • Collaborate with management to identify and address performance gaps
  • Coach managers on consistent training and development
  • Create and manage a Learning Needs Analysis and Training Plan
  • Facilitate management development programs like GROW
  • Market and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives

Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role
  • Experience in adult education or similar environment
  • Hotel operations experience, preferably in luxury hospitality
  • Experience managing within diverse cultures

Pay

  • $114,500 – $118,000 annually
