About the role
Lead and execute the hotel’s learning and development strategy aligned to business goals
Partner with leaders to identify skill gaps and enhance team performance
Build a culture of continuous learning and service excellence
Support leadership development and employee growth across the hotel
What You’ll Do
- Design and deliver learning programs that improve performance and guest experience
Coach managers and support onboarding and early success of new leaders
Drive training consistency through Certified Designated Trainers and leadership partnerships
Analyze guest feedback and operational data to implement performance improvements
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years in a leadership role
Experience in hospitality, service environments, or adult learning
Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder collaboration skills
Passion for people development and alignment with Four Seasons values
