Responsibilities
- Assess and define learning needs by partnering with stakeholders to conduct training needs analyses
- Design and deliver enterprise-wide talent and learning programs aligned with business goals
- Facilitate high-impact learning experiences, both in-person and virtual
- Co-create scalable training solutions with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams
- Maintain the learning content ecosystem, including materials and global eLearning modules
- Lead key talent programs and initiatives, including onboarding and manager development
- Drive inclusion and global consistency across all talent programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; relevant certifications (e.g., SLII, DiSC, GROW Coaching) preferred
- 5+ years in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Development
- Strong facilitation and instructional design skills for engaging learning experiences
- Ability to translate business needs into talent solutions and influence stakeholders
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Data-driven approach to measuring program effectiveness
- Experience with LMS platforms and learning technologies preferred
