Responsibilities

  • Assess and define learning needs by partnering with stakeholders to conduct training needs analyses
  • Design and deliver enterprise-wide talent and learning programs aligned with business goals
  • Facilitate high-impact learning experiences, both in-person and virtual
  • Co-create scalable training solutions with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams
  • Maintain the learning content ecosystem, including materials and global eLearning modules
  • Lead key talent programs and initiatives, including onboarding and manager development
  • Drive inclusion and global consistency across all talent programs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; relevant certifications (e.g., SLII, DiSC, GROW Coaching) preferred
  • 5+ years in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Development
  • Strong facilitation and instructional design skills for engaging learning experiences
  • Ability to translate business needs into talent solutions and influence stakeholders
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Data-driven approach to measuring program effectiveness
  • Experience with LMS platforms and learning technologies preferred
