Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of regional learning and leadership development programs.
  • Cook up with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless execution of training initiatives.
  • Facilitate engaging workshops and learning sessions for employees across multiple levels of the organization.
  • Adapt and localize global learning content to meet regional business needs while maintaining consistency.
  • Build trusted relationships with business leaders to align learning initiatives with strategic objectives.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for employees seeking development opportunities and career growth.
  • Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to manage programs, reporting, and participant engagement.
  • Analyze learning metrics, evaluate program effectiveness, and recommend continuous improvements.
  • Manage multiple concurrent learning projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and execution.

What We're Looking For

  • Approximately 7-10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or Program Management.
  • Strong experience delivering learning programs within a complex, fast-paced FINANCIAL SERVICES environment.
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally across HR and business leadership teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring learning outcomes and program effectiveness.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
