Learning & Development Manager

We are seeking a Learning & Development (L&D) Manager to lead and improve our enterprise learning strategy. This role will manage a 12-person team of Advisors and Manufacturing Skills Training SMEs, continuing the work initiated to establish Manufacturing Skills Training and expanding it into office and professional areas while further connecting it to company objectives and targets. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage a team of 12 Advisors and Manufacturing Skills Training SMEs • Maintain and enhance Manufacturing Skills Training programs across all sites • Expand training initiatives to include office and professional roles • Align learning programs with company objectives, KPIs, and strategic priorities • Leverage LMS and Microsoft 365 tools for streamlined operations • Refine dashboards and analytics to share learning impact on business outcomes • Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops and performance data Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, HR, or related field preferred • 5–8 years of experience in L&D, with at least 2–3 years in leadership roles • Proven success in implementing blended learning and microlearning strategies • Experience managing multi-site training operations • Strong data literacy and ability to connect learning outcomes to business metrics • Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and change leadership skills
