Learning & Development - Instructional Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop instructional courses tailored to meet learning outcomes and needs.
• Carry out needs assessments and provide customized training solutions.
• Create and edit learning activities and reports in a Learning Management System.
• Evaluate course effectiveness and integrate feedback for continuous improvement.
• Train team members on the use of instructional materials and environments.

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
