Responsibilities

  • Coordinate training logistics such as scheduling and attendance tracking
  • Support development of learning materials like slides and job aids
  • Manage LMS content and ensure training programs are maintained
  • Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions
  • Partner with L&D and Operations to enhance training processes

Qualifications

  • 1-2+ years in learning & development or training coordination
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience with virtual and in-person learning
  • Basic instructional design skills
  • Confident in facilitating small group sessions
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and LMS tools like Rise or Synthesia
