Responsibilities
- Coordinate training logistics such as scheduling and attendance tracking
- Support development of learning materials like slides and job aids
- Manage LMS content and ensure training programs are maintained
- Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions
- Partner with L&D and Operations to enhance training processes
Qualifications
- 1-2+ years in learning & development or training coordination
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience with virtual and in-person learning
- Basic instructional design skills
- Confident in facilitating small group sessions
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace and LMS tools like Rise or Synthesia
