Responsibilities

  • Delivers comprehensive logistical, administrative, and operational support to the L&D function.
  • Ensures the effective planning, implementation, and execution of development programs and enterprise-wide learning initiatives.
  • Serves as the point of contact for L&D communications.
  • Manages and maintains content libraries, master L&D calendar, and print and digital L&D materials.
  • Manages vendor partnerships - coordinates and administers contracts, service agreements, and vendor relationships for external training and development services.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in L&D or LMS administration.
  • Prior Workday Learning experience preferred.
  • Strong problem solver with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data management and documentation.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including spelling and grammar.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.).
  • Experience in the oil & gas industry is a plus.
