About the role
This role advances people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will partner with global leaders, HR centers of excellence, and functional stakeholders to create consistent practices across teams and regions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with HR and stakeholders to assess and align learning needs with organizational priorities
- Plan and execute learning programs across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and professional development
- Manage logistics for virtual and in-person learning experiences, including calendars and enrollment tracking
- Lead high-profile global development initiatives focusing on employee connection and leadership exposure
- Design engaging learning experiences that adhere to adult learning principles
- Facilitate impactful learning sessions both in-person and virtually across various programs
- Support initiatives related to inclusion, engagement, and employee experience through effective coordination
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, or related field; Master's preferred
- 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development with expertise in both in-person and virtual facilitation
- Experience managing large-scale learning programs and events
- Strong project management, organization, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with learning technologies and collaboration tools
Pay
$118,000 – $142,000 annually
